Maison de l'Entreprise Innovante

Inaugurating the Maison de l'Entreprise Innovante

Last June, in Champs-sur-Marne, was inaugurated the Maison de l'Entreprise Innovante (House for Innovative Startups). This 3000+ sqm, designed by architects from studio Bellecour, is a key element in the Cité Descartes, as it gather about a hundred startups in 3 centres: the Descartes Incubator , an incubator and offices for more mature companies. In order to offer the best working conditions it also integrates a prototyping room and a Fablab.

On this occasion, we were invited to push the possibilities offered by our digital model a little further by creating a tablet-based guidance application for all visitors visiting hosted companies.
The application is ergonomic. To have a good visualization of the path towards the desired office, we used BIM data of the building to create a complete, accurate and detailed digital model. We then imagined a solution compatible with a small space-saving tablet that is now available to visitors directly at the entrance of the building.

Beyond the simple fact of guiding the visitor, this application also makes it possible to highlight the architectural properties of the building: ubiquitous natural light, large open spaces and simplified circulation.

You can find more info about this project on our website Noovae and on the Studio Bellecour one.
